The La Costa Men's Golf Association is pleased to announce eight major events and multiple Saturday Men's Days throughout the season.  

 

The major events include:

Senior Club Championship
Men's Invitational
Men's Club Championship
Member/Member
Player of the Year
Memorial Cup

  

Saturday Men’s Day
Tee Times: 7:00am – 9:00am

Reserve as far as 12 days in advance. Register in the Golf Shop on Saturday of event.

- Format of Play changes weekly
- Team and individual games (Singles Welcome)
- Optional Gross/Net skins game weekly

$15 Team/Individual Game & $10 Optional skins game.
($15 Team/Individual Game counts towards members’ minimum)

Player of the Year
Players will accumulate points for each event (following a format similar to the PGA FedEx Cup). The points are weighted more heavily for the majors than for Saturday Men’s Day. Points are earned for participation. The top 40 point winners will be eligible to play for Player of the Year in a stroke-play format. In addition the point system will be used to select 32 participants in the Memorial Cup at the end of the year.

GOLDEN SENIORS

You qualify if you are 55 years old on June 1st of the current year and are a Golf Member of The Club at La Costa. The season begins in March and will continue for 7 months with a home and away match each month at some of the best clubs in the area. 

 

Sign up sheets are available in the Pro Shop. The fee is $70 and includes a home and away shirt. Team rosters and shirts must be finalized by January 23rd. Please join us!
