The Club at La Costa offers a wide array of select complimentary group fitness classes, often with more than 55 class choices weekly.  We are sure that you’ll find a class that suits your fitness goals.

Age Restriction Reminder
Please be reminded that Members need to be at least 16 years old in order to be able to utilize the Athletic Club. A Member under the age of 16 can only use the Athletic Club if they are either in the Kid's Boot Camp or if they have a private personal training session with one of our trainers. 

Age Restriction Exception for 12 - 15 Year Olds

Children under 12 are not allowed in the Fitness Center (unless they are taking the FitKids Outdoor Class or with a personal trainer).

Children ages 12-13 may only use cardio equipment and must be directly supervised by a parent.

Children ages 14-15 may not utilize free weights but are able to utilize the cardio equipment and strength machines (parents must be on property during this time).

For the children ages 12-15, a special minor waiver will need to be completed prior to the child working out in the gym. We will keep this form on file.


Member Check In Procedure
Members will be asked to present their Membership ID Card and sign in at the desk every visit. 

Guest Policy Reminder 
Also, please remember that guests need to check in at the Athletic Club front desk and that a Member must be present with them when they are using the Athletic Club.  A $10 guest fee wil lbe assessed to the Member's account unless otherwise noted.


Pilates Studio Access
Please note that the Pilates Studio is exclusively reserved for private Pilates training sessions.  The Studio cannot be used by Members without a personal trainer.
Please check in with the front desk at the Athletic Club to schedule your Pilates training session.
All pilates training sessions are conducted by the Club's certified trainers.
