Using smooth hot and cool stones hand-selected from the Pacific Coast, your massage therapist uses the penetrating heat of the stones to melt away stress, while relieving tense muscles and sore joints, bringing balance and healing to your body.

Your massage therapist uses therapeutic techniques targeting the areas of your body impacted most by your golf game or other sports activities.

California Renewal (50 min. / $155)
Smoother, younger skin is revealed after an invigorating full-body exfoliation, which is followed by a soothing and healing aloe and arnica flower body wrap. A moisturizing veil of lotion, using your choice of indulging, invigorating, or inspiring scents, gives your skin a healthy glow. (please refrain from shaving or sunbathing 24 hours to treatment)

Spanish Herbal Body Rub (100 min. / $305)
La Costa's signature spa treatment. Native Spanish herbs - fragrant sage, lavendar, rosemary - combined with moisturizing olive oils annoint your body while your therapist exfoliates and polishes your skin. Your hair will receive a deep conditioning, while your scalp and body is massaged and you slip into a state of deep relaxation.

Avocado-Cilantro Body Masque (100 min. / $305)
After a brief avocado seed exfoliation, you'll be wrapped with a vitamin-rich body masque using local ingredients that leave skin soft, silky and smooth. After the wrap, you'll be treated to a full body massage using aromatherapy lotions.

Enjoy the pleasures of a traditional Japanese Bath. Your feet are immersed in warm water as a pitcher of cool water is poured gently over, rinsing off the noise of the day. After a soak in invigorating salts, a Bamboo massage aids in circulation. Yin Yang Gel is massaged on feet and lower legs. Nails are conditioned, trimmed and buffed or polished. Yamaguchi Massage Creme completes this invigorating experience.
