Spa Policies


No Outside Food & Beverage    

Please be reminded that outside Food and Beverage is not allowed in the Spa.  The Spa cafe and in-room dining are available for this purpose.

 

Celebrations & Other Special Arrangements 

If you need to make special arrangements for a celebration or groups of 4 or more, please contact the Spa Sales Manager at 760.929.6383. 

 

Check-In 

All Members and guests must check-in at the Spa front desk to enter the Spa facility. 

Members and guests will be asked to complete a Spa waiver format check-in to have access to the Spa. 

 

Use of the Spa Facility

Use of the Spa Facility is complimentary with the purchase of a Spa treatment (50-minute or longer).  Day passes for the Spa facility are available to purchase for $60 (Member discount will apply).  Cell phones are strictly prohibited in all areas of the Spa.  Yamaguchi Salon services do not allow access to the Spa facility. 

 

Cancellation Policy 

Please be reminded that modifications to your Spa appointments need to be done by 6:00pm the day before or a cancellation charge will apply. 

 

Member Discount 

Members can enjoy 25% off Spa services Monday - Thursday and 15% off Spa services Friday - Sunday.  Members may extend their discount to guests that are accompanied by them at the Spa.  Please note all services must be billed to the Membership account in order to receive the Member discount.   For unaccompanied guest privileges, please contact the Membership office at 760.929.6382. 

Members receive 15% off all discounted pricing promoted to the public Mondays - Sundays. 

 

Unaccompanied Guests 

Members who will be unable to attend the Spa with their guest, but would like to extend their discount, may contact the Membership office at 760.929.6382 so that we can accommodate these specific requests.  Please note that these are special circumstances and will be approved by Membership.
