Champions Course
Omni La Costa Resort & Spa invites you to join the legacy of this historic home of 37 PGA events, recently rebuilt for the modern player. Adding a handicap to the already ambitious course are redesigned bunkers—true to the spirit and character of Dick Wilson’s signature design—now staggered, stacked and strategically placed throughout each hole. Tighten your control on the rough narrow course with planted native grasses. Keep your equipment dry while in the trenches with a modern drainage system installed for sustainability, improving irrigation and water flow throughout both the Champions and Legends golf courses. Other upgrades include landscaping bridges, tee boxes, fairways and greens, wetlands and rerouted paths. Additionally, the new golf course is family friendly, with all new family tees.

Legends Course

Under the guidance of the Champions Course architects, Pascuzzo & Pate Golf Design, all 18 holes on Legends Golf Course were thoroughly renovated, while maintaining the classic Dick Wilson-Joe Lee design. The multifaceted makeover includes a complete redesign and reconstruction of all 18 greens, as well as a thorough resurfacing of green complexes, the planting of paspalum turfgrass in the fairways and all-new bunkering.

Legends Course is more spacious than the Champions Course, with a more open look, while providing a complementary set of strategic challenges and a variety of visual encounters.
